WARNING!This company does everything they can to avoid taking their responsibility when wrong parts have been delivered due to errors in their system giving license plate numbers.I ordered a BOSCH Brake kit for my VW Caddy 14D year:1988 part no: 0 204 114 053It was indicated to fit my car by license number entered in their system. When the kit arrived, I did not check the size of the pads but hurriedly installed the brake cylinders to my newly reconditioned rear axle where I already had new brake pipes. After finishing the hydraulic system, I continued to the pads and realized that I had been sent 180mm pads in stead of 230mm that is the size of my back plate. Then I tried to get Autodoc to take back the by them erroneously delivered kit and provide a correct kit. This started a mail correspondence that never ended:1 Please provide us the plate number of your car . Also , please be informed that we can not accept back some pieces of the set .When providing plate number they were not satisfied but wrote:2 Dear Moberg Rikard ,> > > thank you for the e-mail,> > > Please note, the part 0 204 114 053, BOSCH does not fit your car.> > > We need 17 characters chassis number in order to the alternative with your car.> > > We kindly ask you to provide us with the order number as well and the car data> > > > > > 1. The energy it has taken, and will take to get this company to take their responsibility by far exceeds the cost of a new kit from another vendor.I am only sorrow that I did not look at their ratings here on trustpilot before ordering anything from them. That would have saved me a loot of time and money.Conclution: DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM AUTODOC!!!The risk is to high – 33% bad reviews is scary!

Scam company, avoid at all costs and go to a legitimate online seller. They will charge you for things that they hide from you and then refuse to refund them to you when you return the items for what they class as free. Its a complete and utter scam. The customer service agents are rude and unhelpful.

Ordered parts from here a few times in…

Ordered parts from here a few times in the past and was impressed with the selection of OEM parts. Delivery took about 3 weeks, which is pointless if you're working on a customers car. Checked my order 10 minutes after it was placed to see 2 of 3 parts where swapped out automatically for STARK components, with no warning whatsoever, even the emailed receipt does not list the parts. After a labourious web chat with customer service they said they had no stock of the selected items and they were doing me a favour by substituting some knackered parts they're obviously contracted to push. This is mentioned on other reviews and is a systematic scam disguised by useless 3 year warranties and a painfully slow process. A refund has been issued, which is good, however, the blatent deceitfulness of this companies practice deserves minimum scoring. Stick with your local motor factor!

This company is a cheat

This company is a cheat. I ordered a mirror for the left hand side of my Nissan micra and once i fitted it the mirror was 1 meter off from the car. This is a huge safety problem and not fit for purpose. I asked for a refund and they refused because i have mounted it. How would anyone know that this product is missold until they mount it on the car. Well they now refuse to refund it. You shouldn't trust these criminals as their products are not fit for purpose and won't give you your money back. Also their customer services are appalling when they reply as they tell me to do other things/ look at other products rather than resolve my issues. They don't even read my mail.I advise you to look elsewhere for a reliable company. This one is a cheatNB i already told them my chassis number which they confirmed is the correct model for their part and cannot replace it. At first they said they will refund me the money and now refuse to refund it because it was mounted. There is no way to see how faulty their product it before mounting it. Now they prepend it is my fault. They don't even check their own messages to confirm but instead they just down right refuse

long waiting/better price

I received my parts after 23 days of waiting.I gave them a 1 star review earlier for the same order because i think 23 days delivery is not okay for something essential like car parts but on this review i gave them 5 star as i`m happy that the parts were cheaper(one i couldn`t find it on different site in uk anyway) and that the parts were the right parts. On the other hand i think that GLS is terrible and they should change the courier if they can.

DO NOT USE AUTODOC

DO NOT USE AUTODOC! I ordered some parts on 15 January - they were allegedly in stock! Took them two weeks to dispatch them and then another 2 weeks to deliver them. They took several days to answer some of my emails and others were just ignored - Customer Service is appalling. This is the worst online shopping experience I have had for several years - will never use Autodoc or their sister companies again.Edit 19 Feb 21 - Just had an email from Trustpilot asking for proof of purchase from AutoDoc as they have disputed I am an geniune customer. Just sent them my receipt. PLEASE AVOID AUTODOC - this shows they are trying to clean up their Trustpilot reviews by removing geniune comments - DO NOT TRUST AUTODOC!

Takes a while, but did receive item!

I ordered from euspares also known as autodoc on 27/01/2021 (they may claim that they are different companies, yet it arrived in AutoDoc box and providing AutoDoc receipts on euspares orders). I ordered a gear linkage cable for a VW T5 and the shipping constantly said 'on the way to the warehouse'. I contacted them asking where it was and to be fair to them, they replied in a few hours stating that it was taking a while to deliver. A few days later I asked for a refund as I thought it hadn't been sent at all, but they replied in a few hours and said they couldn't as it was on the way. Today I received the item in AutoDoc box (16days), it is described correctly, however the lead time isn't practical. To me it seems that they wait for orders to stack up and then throw them all in at once and send them off to the UK, hence why people are waiting varied times for the orders. The company is not a scam as some comments say on here, it just really really needs to sort out its logistics! So if you need parts and are not in a rush, then great! Otherwise probably best to go somewhere else.

Wrong listing on the site

Wrong listing on the site. I copped this when was time to fit part. They refused to help with own mistake and told me its to late (I know it was 3months) but clearly not my fault. I spend thousands with them but not anymore. My advice to the people to buy locally. Maybe its bit more expensive but at least proper costumer service. Waiting for parts to be shipped its a joke. order placed 31/10 shipped 5/11 and arrived 16/11

Superb value and service

I ordered a pair of rear disks, pads and sensors for my Porsche Cayenne, at £97.80 including delivery on Boxing Day. They arrived just over a week later which considering Christmas/New years closures, covid problems and Brexit is a miracle. Keep up the good work. Absolutely awesome.

Far cheaper than my local factors (£100 cheaper) so obviously worth the short wait for delivery !
